ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and review all necessary documents to process construction loan draws.
- Set up and manage projects in the administration management portal.
- Consult with loan officers, loan assistants, and inspectors to create a draw schedule and coordinate inspections.
- Order due diligence background check reports on prospective and existing borrowers for new and renewing loans.
- Congduct OFAC checks needed for the background check.
- Monitor and balance letters of credit, working with other departments to process exceptions and resolve issues.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area; e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc., plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Critical Thinking Skills
- Ability to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature.
