What you will bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree or higher is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Credit & Collections
• Demonstrated analytical and reasoning skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under stress
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is highly desirable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing is preferred
• Experience working in a team environment is required

How success is defined

• Assist in completing the Returned Merchandise (RMA) process by issuing credit s in a timely manner
• Support Customer Service and Credit & Collections with credits related to Customer discrepancies
• Perform reconciliation of Credit Card accounts to assist collections
• Support the onboarding team by setting up new account profiles
• Meet established processing requirements for the month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting close schedules
• Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish goals and to identify and resolve problems
• Exhibit and adhere to the established Visual Comfort Company Values
• Maintain commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon work schedule
• Be fully present in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate amongst co-workers and teams

Compensation Range

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
