About the role
The Credit & Collections Manager is responsible for managing the credit and collections process to ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
Responsibilities
- Manage the credit and collections process to ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce bad debt.
- Monitor accounts receivable and take corrective action as needed.
- Work closely with sales teams to prevent credit risk and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Prepare reports on credit and collections activities for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and collections management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
