Credit Analyst

About the role

The community bank is looking to add two Credit Analysts to their team. These positions will be based in a branch located in a bedroom community outside the Kansas City, KS metro, working alongside other credit analysts and the Chief Credit Officer.

Responsibilities

• Focus on commercial credits, including C & I and commercial real estate loans
• Some exposure to agricultural credits
• Work within a clean and growing loan portfolio
• Join a team of credit analysts and the Chief Credit Officer
• Opportunity to contribute to a healthy, growing institution

Requirements

• Experience as a Credit Analyst preferred
• Accounting experience considered if interested in joining the banking industry

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Commercial lending experience
• Understanding of financial statements and credit analysis
• Attention to detail
