Credentialing Analyst II- Christian Hospital
Job Duties
- Manage initial credentialing, privileging, and onboarding of new providers.
- Conduct primary source verification and maintain CAQH, licenses and credentialing records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Prepare and complete provider applications for Medical Staff Committee review and approval.
- Attend and support Medical Staff Committee meetings.
Preferred Experience
Prior Credentialing and/or medical staff office experience, CPCS and/or CPMSM Certification.

Christian Hospital is seeking a Full Time Credentialing Analyst for an onsite position from Monday to Friday. Department Overview
The Department of Medical Affairs at Christian Hospital serves as a liaison between the medical staff, hospital administration, and BJC HealthCare. It organizes and leads the medical staff to build strategic business alliances with the hospital.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in credential verification, medical staff office, and CPCS or CPMSM certification.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Licenses & Certifications
National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) Certification.
