About the Role

Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human‑animal bond through better pet care, offering primary and urgent care in warm, friendly clinics built with pets and people in mind. After merging with Small Door Veterinary in July 2026, the combined organization operates more than 55 clinics across the Northeast, Mid‑Atlantic, and Midwest, serving over half a million pets. This role will help shape the next chapter of the combined organization and advance the shared mission to transform veterinary care.

Responsibilities

• Patient handling and husbandry
• Client education and partnership
• Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
• Diagnostic management and medication administration
• Emergency triage and response
• Detailed medical record keeping
• Run appointments alongside assistants
• Collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology — including AI‑assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician (newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply)
• CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
• Independent unrestricted valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer (no visa sponsorship)

Pay

• Base pay: $24 - $34 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift differential: up to $8/hour
• Team‑based profit sharing bonus (up to an additional $250/month or more)
• Sign‑on bonus: up to $2,000 for licensed technicians
