This position will help shape the next chapter of the combined organization and advance the shared mission to transform veterinary care.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate: $27 – $40 per hour (based on experience).

• Shift differential: up to $8/hour additional.
• Team‑based profit sharing bonus when the clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal; team members can earn up to an additional $250/month or more.
• Sign‑on bonus: up to $5,000 for licensed technicians.
