About the role

VCA Met Vet West Animal Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join our AAHA accredited animal hospital in Robinson Township. The position offers a balance between general practice and limited emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client experiences
• Use critical thinking skills to enhance the workplace
• Perform venipunctures, catheter placements, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, physical examinations, surgical preparation, and dental procedures
• Assist with laboratory work, pharmacology, and patient recovery
• Show compassionate care for hospitalized patients

• Willingness to work rotating weekends
• Flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Current CVT certification
• Experience in a fast-paced veterinary setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
