Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
- S supporting and mentoring a dedicated team of early years educators.
- Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff.
- Ensuring compliance with Tusla regulations, health & safety, and company policies.
- Planning and implementing engaging activities that promote child development.
- Managing rosters, record-keeping, and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7 or 8 desirable).
- At least six-months of experience working as a room leader.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A warm, approachable, and professional manner.
- Knowledge of child safeguarding, GDPR, and early years best practice.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent.
