Sr. Multi-Site Supervisor (Nursery)

Duties

• Develop a competent workforce through hands-on training methods and providing constructive feedback.
• Train employees on day-to-day processes and procedures.
• Perform audits of the farm to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and facility maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of animals, personnel, and supplies.
• Ensure the health and safety of employees and animals, submit detailed reports, and manage feed and ration staging for animals.
• Manage all controllable costs, including supplies, labor, medication, etc.

Requirements

• Two years of swine production experience.
• Experience training employees on company processes and procedures.
• Experience performing audits to ensure standard operating procedures are followed and facilities are in good condition.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and reports of animals, personnel, and supplies.
• Experience managing controllable facility costs.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.

Pay

PAY RATE: Wage Range: $57,262.00 to $75,088.16
