Key Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and recommend influencer and creator partners based on established campaign criteria and brand objectives.
- Conduct creator research across social platforms, evaluating audience fit, content quality, engagement metrics, brand safety, and campaign alignment.
- Lead outreach efforts to prospective creator partners and talent representatives.
- Manage negotiations, rates, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, and contractual agreements.
- Oversee influencer engagements from initial outreach through campaign completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both creators and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for creators and talent managers throughout campaign execution.
- Proactively solve challenges and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, brand, and stakeholder teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent relations, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience sourcing, vetting, and selecting influencers based on campaign goals and audience criteria.
- Hands-on experience managing creator partnerships from outreach through execution.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience handling creator rates, contracts, usage rights, and deliverables.
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve problems with limited direction.
- Agency background required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CreatorIQ or similar influencer marketing platforms.
- Experience supporting large consumer brands or enterprise marketing organizations.
- Familiarity with creator measurement, reporting, and campaign performance evaluation.
