Creator Program Management

Own and manage Lucid's creator and influencer program end-to-end, including roster strategy, tiering, briefing, content review, and performance reporting
Develop and maintain tiered creator relationships across macro, mid-tier, and micro segments aligned to campaign objectives and audience strategy
Write and deliver creative briefs that provide clear strategic direction while preserving creator authenticity and voice
Coordinate with the Head of T&P on creator contract timelines, deliverables, and budget tracking

Strategy & Platform Intelligence

Lead the creator and influencer strategy for competitive conquest initiatives, identifying and activating creators positioned to drive brand consideration among in-market competitive owners
Monitor platform trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; serve as the internal expert on content formats, algorithm shifts, and what drives measurable performance
Identify and propose creator amplification strategies that extend the reach of talent and partnership activations across T&P pillars

Agency & Vendor Management

Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Influencer Marketing Agency, including briefing, sourcing oversight, deliverable review, and performance accountability
Evaluate agency output against brief quality standards and campaign KPIs; provide structured feedback to drive continuous improvement

Measurement & Reporting

Build and maintain the influencer performance measurement framework; deliver regular reporting to the Head of T&P
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for roster development, brief optimization, and platform strategy
Manage creator program budget tracking and reconciliation
