We empower creators to develop culturally significant content while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas and strategic thinking.
We’re building a next-generation podcast hosting, distribution, and monetization platform that integrates audio, video, subscriptions, and AI-driven tools into a single ecosystem. Our goal is to provide creators and publishers with better insights, greater monetization control, and seamless distribution across formats.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Creator Success Specialist to lead the onboarding and migration experience for enterprise creators, publishers, and network partners. Additionally, you’ll serve as a front-line platform expert, helping customers troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and maximize the platform’s tools.
A key responsibility will be building scalable customer education resources, including FAQs, migration guides, onboarding materials, and help-center articles. This is a hands-on, highly organized role for someone who understands how creators produce, publish, distribute, and monetize content. You’ll play a meaningful part in shaping the customer experience, improving internal processes, and informing product development.
