About the Role

You will partner across Product, Category, Data Science, Marketing and Operations to identify the highest-impact business opportunities, shape marketplace strategy, and build scalable growth models for an evolving business in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end business strategy of a vertical, defining growth priorities and translating business goals into investment plans, operating mechanisms and cross-functional initiatives. • Dine-in: analyzing content supply across merchant, geography and creator segments to identify underserved areas; designing creator incentive models to improve posting efficiency and ROI; and developing strategies to improve creator retention while reducing duplicate content.
  • Drive business planning and marketplace optimization through rigorous goal setting, KPI management, budget allocation and performance reviews. Leverage deep analytical problem solving to uncover structural opportunities across merchant coverage, creator participation, content distribution and marketplace health, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Incubate and scale strategic growth initiatives by tackling ambiguous business problems and validating new growth hypotheses. Design incentive mechanisms, operating models and GTM strategies that improve marketplace efficiency, strengthen supply quality, and establish scalable playbooks across the vertical.
  • Partner with Product and cross-functional leaders to shape platform capabilities and business strategy. Translate market insights and operational learnings into product roadmaps, resource allocation decisions and organizational priorities, influencing how the vertical evolves over the long term.

Minimum Qualifications
