Responsibilities

Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.

Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities.

Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or above
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage mass communication, thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities
• Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows
• Good understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry
