Creator Operation Manager Intern (TikTok Shop - Operations) - 2026 Summer (MBA)
Responsibilities
Take charge of key accounts' business performance on TikTok Shop, and enable the seller to sustainably grow their business with a deep understanding of TikTok Shop eco-system.
Grow a stable supply of live shopping content by elevating the penetration of high potential creator talents.
Act as the bridge between creators and partners, and the seller to identify potential business opportunities.
Provide insights, product recommendations, and direction on growth and development strategies to merchants based on data analysis and current eco-system trends.
Discover innovative business models and solutions for merchants' businesses by leveraging eco-system resources.
Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a MBA Degree
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer Fall 2026
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
- Curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality)
- Passionate and dedicated in negotiation and driving collaborations between different partners
- Effective communicator, able to convey complex content concepts in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements.

- Quick learner, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continuously adapting to changing business needs
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on educating sellers how to grow and thrive
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms
