The Creativity Social Media Coordinator supports the Strategic Communications & Marketing team by generating original content, designing visual assets, and contributing fresh marketing ideas. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited to help bring the Apex brand to life across social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and design engaging social media graphics, posts, and visual content
• Develop original concepts that align with Apex branding and messaging
• Support the production of Reels, stories, carousels, and other platform-specific content
• Ensure all designs are clean, professional, and on-brand
• Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas and campaign concepts
• Contribute fresh content ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness
• Stay current on social media trends and suggest relevant opportunities
• Assist in developing content themes and weekly content plans
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Communications team
• Revise designs based on feedback
• Help maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms
• Support scheduled content calendars and campaign rollouts

Qualifications

• Strong creative and design skills
• Ability to generate original marketing and content ideas
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a remote environment
