About the role

A creative strategist is needed to lead consumer growth marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with product teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing efforts and product launches
  • Identify and analyze market trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Create compelling marketing materials including copy, visuals, and social media content
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Measure and report on campaign performance to inform future strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing environment
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools and platforms
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule
