Responsibilities
- Launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns that drive real results
- Work closely with creatives to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
- Utilize data analytics to inform campaign strategies and measure performance
- Test different ad formats and placements to identify what works best
- Tweak campaigns based on performance data and feedback from stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to continuously improve campaigns
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in media buying or advertising
- Strong understanding of ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel)
- Experience with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Ad platform proficiency (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
