About the role
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and content creation. In this role, you’ll develop performance-driven concepts and bring them to life through original content, creator-led assets, and engaging paid social creative across a variety of brands and verticals.
What you’ll do
- Creative Strategy and Performance
- Collaborate with the Creative, Content, and Growth Marketing teams to develop high-performing creative for social and native ad placements
- Analyze ad-level performance, document learnings, and translate insights into new concepts, messaging angles, hooks, formats, and visual approaches
- Maintain a backlog of testable concepts and pitch new ideas during weekly Creative Team meetings
- Stay informed about emerging social media, advertising, creator, and design trends and apply relevant insights to client campaigns
- Content and Creator Production
- Write briefs, scripts, hooks, messaging angles, and shot lists for creator-led, UGC, and internally produced content
- Create and edit paid media assets, including short-form video, on-camera content, voiceovers, product demonstrations, lifestyle footage, photography, and static graphics
- Source and manage creators, communicate campaign requirements, review submissions, and oversee feedback and revisions through final delivery
- Ensure all content feels authentic, aligns with client brand identities, and meets platform and performance requirements
- Creative Operations and Innovation
- Develop adaptable creative styles, templates, layouts, and visual elements for paid media campaigns
- Manage multiple creative projects from concept through delivery while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, briefing, editing, design, and creative iteration
- Explore new tools, formats, and workflows that improve creative performance and production efficiency
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience developing and producing short-form social or performance marketing content
- Experience using advertising performance data or creative insights to inform concepts and iterations
- Strong concepting and copywriting skills, including experience developing hooks, scripts, briefs, messaging angles, and shot lists
- Hands-on experience filming, designing, editing, and producing creative assets from scratch
- Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and/or Canva
- Strong understanding of design principles, social platforms, content formats, and paid media requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills
- Experience working directly with creators or influencers is preferred
- Comfort appearing on camera and recording voiceovers is strongly preferred
- Experience using AI tools to support and streamline creative production
- A portfolio demonstrating both creative strategy and execution is required; LinkedIn profiles alone will not be accepted
