Key Responsibilities
- Develop omnichannel marketing and creative strategies for advertisers across multiple categories.
- Partner closely with creative, marketing, product, sales, and strategy teams to bring strategic concepts to life.
- Translate insights, data, and business objectives into compelling narratives, presentations, and recommendations.
- Support the development of innovative advertising solutions that drive brand engagement and business growth.
- Manage multiple priorities and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Contribute to strategic planning and thought leadership initiatives that support client success.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, advertising, digital media, retail media, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop strategic marketing recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Outstanding storytelling, presentation, and business writing skills.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, media organizations, technology platforms, or retail organizations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to thrive in ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking and execution.
Preferred Experience
- Retail media, omnichannel marketing, or commerce-focused advertising experience.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and client stakeholders.
- Background in integrated marketing, creative development, or digital transformation initiatives.
