Creative Repair Painter Specialist Full Time
About the role
This position involves hands-on manual work, performing repairs on-site while providing excellent customer service. Technicians must be able to see and distinguish colors, and be willing to learn a new process.
Responsibilities
- Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day
- Perform work on-location while displaying good customer service and communication
- Problem-solve with repairs in various settings such as apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
- Treat tenants and staff with exceptional customer service
- Use a phone app for work order completion, notes, and photos of completed work
- Problem-solve alongside the designated Support Team for any issues
- Learn and integrate the company’s unique 5-step process into your creative routine
- Maintain a personalized tool-kit and master each instrument and tool
- Flex your artistic talents by matching colors and designs
- Handle repairs that require unique artistic solutions
- Be willing to make adjustments if the initial finish isn't perfect; repetition improves over time
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with manual work
- A familiarity with color and color matching
- Ability to see and distinguish colors
- Willingness to start fresh if the initial finish isn't perfect
- Must be able to perform repairs in various settings
