The Role

As a Creative Project Manager on the Growth Marketing team, this role serves as the operational core for creative and campaign execution. This position is responsible for the comprehensive management of creative assets across paid social, UAC, and other channels, from initial concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate will balance creative insight with data-driven performance objectives, facilitate compliance workflows efficiently without compromising speed, and adopt an AI-first approach to developing and scaling assets.

This role requires thriving in a fast-paced setting and demonstrating a consistent ability to manage complex creative pipelines on time and in alignment with brand guidelines. The responsibilities include:

  • Managing the complete creative production lifecycle for paid social, SEM, and UAC, among other channels, from brief intake through final delivery and trafficking, in close collaboration with Growth channel leads.
  • Pricing the creative testing calendar, ensuring tests are properly briefed, produced, approved, and trafficked on schedule.
  • Overseeing the entire creative workflow, including concepting, briefing internal and external creators (writers, designers, producers), providing constructive creative feedback, and managing legal review and approval processes.
  • Owning the approval workflow for all creative and landing page updates, coordinating with Legal and banking partners to ensure compliance is met without creating bottlenecks.
  • Coordinating website and landing page updates across Growth, Product, and Creative teams, tracking changes, managing approvals, and confirming launch readiness.
  • Trafficking video assets to YouTube, managing the SEM creative handoff process, and ensuring paid Custom Product Pages (CPPs) are current on App Store Connect.
  • Continuously building and maintaining a robust pipeline of diverse creative assets, ensuring strict adherence to platform requirements and best practices.
  • Managing project timelines and coordinating seamless, cross-functional execution to guarantee timely campaign launches.
  • Actively integrating internal and external AI resources into creative workflows to significantly improve efficiency and quality of output.

You Bring

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in creative strategy for paid media within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sector. Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise across a wide variety of creative formats and paid media platforms.
  • Proven experience managing complex approval workflows involving legal or compliance stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with an exceptional eye for creative quality.
  • Practical experience with AI tools in creative workflows and a genuine curiosity to explore their further application.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Drive and proactivity; individuals here are builders and executors.
