Our Healthcare client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. This role is fully onsite 5 days/week in Minnetonka, MN. Role SummaryThe Creative Project Manager leads complex, high-priority creative and marketing initiatives, driving cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, multi-channel campaigns that strengthen brand presence and achieve business objectives. This individual serves as a project management expert, overseeing multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, scope, and organizational goals. The role also provides leadership in project management best practices, process improvement, team mentorship, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.Top Must Have Skills 7+ years of project management experience within a creative agency, in-house creative team, or related marketing environment Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional creative marketing projects from planning through execution Strong expertise in project management methodologies, workflows, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management Ability to partner effectively with strategists, creative directors, designers, writers, operations teams, and business stakeholders Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines, quality, and budget requirements Additional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field PMP Certification or similar project management certification preferred Experience with project management software and maintaining detailed project documentation Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team development capabilities Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Demonstrated success driving process improvements, onboarding initiatives, and change management efforts Experience with events, trade shows, experiential marketing, or integrated campaign management is highly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks Experience tracking project budgets, expenditures, metrics, and forecasting resource needs Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple complex creative and marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and documentation using project management tools. Serve as a project management subject matter expert, contributing to process improvements, workflow optimization, onboarding, and change management initiatives. Mentor and support junior and mid-level project managers, providing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback. Partner with strategists, creative directors, writers, designers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and content. Act as the central point of contact between business partners, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and opportunities, escalating concerns to leadership when necessary. Manage project scope changes, ensuring appropriate documentation, stakeholder communication, and impact assessment. Facilitate project reviews, retrospective discussions, and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support forecasting, resource planning, budget management, reporting, and performance tracking. Influence strategic and creative solutions that reinforce brand values, enhance audience engagement, and support business objectives. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture by recognizing achievements, promoting accountability, and encouraging continuous development. Drive consistency in project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.
