Responsibilities
- Cook up the tactical execution of communication projects, actively participating in every stage from planning to review to completion.
- Create and keep detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for all 2D projects.
- Keep timelines on track by proactively communicating upcoming dates and solving issues that might disrupt them, ensuring all final commit dates are met.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between creative teams, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews, making sure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, expectations, and progress.
- Maintain project progress and proactively spot and resolve any risks, issues, or roadblocks that could affect project success.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed department, development, and marketing standards and are delivered on time.
- Manage project documentation, including briefs, statement of work, and project reports.
- Collaborate with the Resource Manager to make sure projects are adequately staffed.
- Regularly update project status to Program Managers, Creative Leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously look for ways to improve project management processes and tools, implementing best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field is required.
- A minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience managing projects for a broad range of marketing materials in either an agency or corporate creative setting is required.
- Experience using Workfront or similar project management platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge about the creation and design of online sites is preferred.
