Your Role
We are looking for a Creative Product Designer who blends strong visual craft with product thinking. This person will shape how our digital products look, feel, and work, from early concepts and user flows through polished, production-ready interfaces.
You'll work across web and mobile products (including client-facing platforms and internal tools), partnering closely with product, engineering, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and pragmatic: someone who can generate distinctive, on-brand design directions and ship real, usable interfaces on a delivery timeline.
Responsibilities
- Product & UX Design
- Design end-to-end user experiences, user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity UI
- Turn ambiguous problems and briefs into clear, intuitive product designs
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in every design decision
- Conduct or contribute to user research, usability reviews, and design validation
- Visual & Creative Craft
- Create distinctive, high-quality visual design, layout, typography, color, iconography, and motion
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency and speed
- Bring a strong creative point of view; propose design directions that elevate the product beyond templated defaults
- Produce polished assets and prototypes for stakeholder reviews and client presentations
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with product managers and engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship features
- Deliver clean, developer-ready specs, assets, and handoffs (e.g., Figma)
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and clients
- Present and defend design decisions clearly to both internal teams and clients
- Client Engagement (where applicable)
- Contribute to client-facing design work, pitches, concepts, and product proposals
- Translate client requirements and brand guidelines into compelling product experiences
- Help shape the design narrative that wins and expands engagements
What You Need
- 4–7 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or digital product design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both visual craft and product/UX thinking (shipped work preferred)
- Expert proficiency in Figma (and familiarity with related tools, prototyping, design systems, handoff)
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive/mobile design
- Ability to build and work within design systems at scale
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to articulate the "why" behind design choices
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative delivery environments
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for web apps, PWAs, or mobile products in a consulting or agency setting
- Working knowledge of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS basics) to design realistically for build
- Motion / micro-interaction design skills
- Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
- Experience collaborating with distributed / offshore engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows
