About the role
Everyday Dose is a functional coffee brand with hundreds of thousands of subscribers, and paid video is our biggest growth lever. That means enormous creative volume: hundreds of concepts, variants, hooks, and cutdowns every week across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You are the operational spine that ensures every ad is compliant, correctly named, correctly tagged, and live on time.
Responsibilities
- Compliance QC on every asset. Check every ad against our claims guidelines before it ships: no disease claims, no unsubstantiated health promises, no unapproved before-and-afters, no testimonial language that crosses the line, and platform policy compliance for Meta and TikTok. Flag borderline cases rather than guess.
- Trafficking and upload. Ensure finished assets are correctly and punctually uploaded to ad accounts with the right campaign, ad set, placement, specs, and aspect ratios.
- Naming and tagging discipline. Enforce the naming convention on every asset so creative reporting remains accurate and actionable.
- Asset management. Keep the library organized, versioned, and findable. Track raw footage, final cuts, and previously used assets.
- Keeping the pipeline moving. Monitor production status, review queues, and unblock stuck items before the team has to ask.
Requirements
You're a great fit if you...
- Are relentlessly detail-oriented—capable of catching things others would miss on ad number 700 of the week.
- Can manage a high-volume queue without dropping items or losing track of status.
- Have worked in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, or can learn them fast.
- Are comfortable being the person who says "we can't say that" to someone more senior.
- Are organized to the point that it's a personality trait: file structures, naming conventions, checklists, trackers.
- Communicate proactively when something is blocked, rather than waiting to be asked.
- Use AI tools to speed up repetitive work.
Nice to have
- Experience at a DTC brand, performance agency, or anywhere with real ad volume.
- Familiarity with FTC advertising guidelines or FDA structure/function claim rules for supplements.
- Basic video and design tooling: Frame.io, Adobe, Figma, Canva.
- Experience with a DAM or asset management system.
What this role is not
- Not a creative or design role—you are not making the ads.
- Not a media buying role—you are not setting budgets or optimizing spend.
- Not a strategy role—you’ll learn about performance but won’t make strategic calls.
Career growth
This role sits under our performance creative team and interacts with strategists, editors, media buyers, and creators. People who excel here often transition into creative strategy or performance media, having seen more ads and results than most in the company.

- Competitive salary and performance bonus.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401K match.
- Unlimited PTO.
- Monthly $500 wellness and $2,500 annual professional development stipend.
- Free product.
