Creative Operations Project Manager

Job Title: Creative Operations Project Manager Location: New York, New York (Fully Remote) - EST work hours Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized creative operations professional to help drive a major annual campaign from concept through launch. This opportunity offers the chance to keep fast-moving creative workstreams aligned, on schedule, and ready for delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities Support project planning and timeline management for holistic creative workstreams.Create detailed task schedules and assign work across creative teams using Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.Facilitate communication between brand, creative, and production partners while proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep.Review creative deliverables for quality, maintain shared files and assets, and help keep the team organized through final delivery. Required: Must have prior experience working within enterprise-level organizations in Marketplace, Media, Big Tech/Consumer Tech, Streaming, Entertainment, or Audio/Music industries.3-5 years of project management experience within a creative or advertising agency, or an internal in-house studio team at a large brand.Experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Teamwork, plus Google Workspace.Strong understanding of the creative process, including design, video production, and content development.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines, and cross-functional coordination.
