Responsibilities
- Support Marketing Department by coordinating with agencies and vendors to traffic and track the status of jobs from initial request to final product delivery.
- Support wider marketing team, partnerships, and other commercial functions by fulfilling requests for content or other assets.
- Proactively monitor and manage assets within the LVGP ecosystem to ensure consistency and compatibility across various platforms. This includes uploading and adding metadata to assets in the LVGP digital library.
- Receive, evaluate, QC, and archive all Marketing materials including photo and video collateral.
- Maintain asset license expiration and usage tracking to ensure proper use in marketing/sales materials.
- Collaborate with other internal LVGP departments to facilitate storage, transport, installation and striking of all brand activations, ticket sales events, partnership prospecting events, etc.
- Aid with pre-production planning, on-site execution (when needed), logistics and post-production reconciliation for all LVGP photo/video shoots.
- Assist with ad hoc signage and collateral requests.
- 3+ years of experience in Sports/Entertainment industry and/or Creative, Advertising, Creative Marketing Agency managing creative assets.
- Experience working with multiple creative asset types: print, digital, static, motion, and AV.
- Experience with trafficking assets using project management tools is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite aptitude is encouraged.
