About The Role

You'll use our proven curriculum, packed with stories, games, and puzzles, designed to make every lesson fun and engaging. The curriculum is fully built and ready to deliver, so you focus on the kids, not lesson planning. We set you up for success with paid training and ongoing support.

As a full-time team member, you'll also have the chance to grow with us. Strong tutors take on more responsibility over time, including mentoring newer tutors, leading demo classes, and building relationships with schools and families across Baltimore and Howard Counties.

Requirements

• Fun, animated, and great with children ages 3 to 8
• A natural storyteller with strong classroom presence
• Reliable, organized, and passionate about teaching
• Experience working with young children preferred
