About the role

Bright & Gray Creative is a Birmingham-based creative studio offering services in brand strategy, video production, photography, graphic design, social media, and web design.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics and visual assets for client social media accounts
• Support website design and updates
• Affiliate with content creation across multiple industries
• Sit in on client meetings and be part of real creative conversations
• Shadow on photo and video shoots
• Pitch in on events and weddings as needed (yes, some Saturdays)

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and basic content strategy
• Some exposure to CSS/HTML or web design
• Can take direction and run with it independently
• Curious about strategy, not just execution

Qualifications

• Interest in video
• Loves making things look good
• Understands how content performs
