is fine. Success measures: list of measures. Could be a section maybe "Success measures" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Success measures not listed; we could incorporate into Qualifications or Responsibilities? Probably better to omit as not allowed heading. You are a creative leader first. You have exceptional taste and a clear point of view on what great work looks like. You can move seamlessly from defining a bold brand platform to shaping the details of execution without losing sight of either. You believe creativity is a growth engine. You create work that is culturally relevant, emotionally resonant, and commercially effective, building brands, driving demand, and delivering business impact. You are endlessly curious, drawing inspiration from culture, technology, and industries far beyond your own. You bring fresh thinking, new formats, and innovative approaches that challenge convention, create differentiation, and unlock growth opportunities. You are ambitious, intellectually curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo. Most importantly, you know how to build an environment where talented people can do the best work of their careers. We are looking for an exceptional Creative Director to define and lead the creative vision for our Consumer and SMB Print business including hardware, supplies, subscriptions, solutions, and digital services. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring someone who can navigate diverse audiences, buying journeys, business models, and channel ecosystems. You will bring the creative rigor of a leading consumer brand together with the commercial acumen of a modern growth marketer who understands how consumers and small businesses discover, evaluate, purchase, and remain loyal. You will be responsible for making Consumer Print more relevant, distinctive, and desirable, ensuring the brand shows up with a consistent and compelling voice wherever customers engage with us. You will translate consumer insights and business priorities into powerful creative platforms and ensure flawless execution across markets, channels, and touchpoints. You will lead internal teams and agency partners, raise the creative bar, and build a modern creative organization capable of delivering both breakthrough brand ideas and high-performing content at scale. The role spans the full consumer ecosystem, from brand and integrated campaigns to social, content, e-commerce, DTC, and retail experiences.
