About the role
This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Create a compelling creative vision for the brand
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
- Champion bold storytelling to connect with company's members
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process from concept to execution
- Collaborate with marketing teams to resonate with target audiences
- Lead and inspire a small creative team through guidance
- Manage external creative agencies for campaign execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative leadership
- At least 5 years in a leadership position developing brand work
- Deep understanding of advanced AI tools for creative processes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field
- Strong portfolio of consumer-facing campaigns from a creative agency
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
