Job Specifications
- Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a Communications team.
- Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual Required: N/A
- Travel: Up to 20% travel to agency locations, community events, training sites, and other business-related locations, including local postal or shipping carriers for the delivery of agency materials and orders.

- Work Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid. M-F Standard Working hours. Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
- Work Environment: Combination of office and warehouse environments with moderate noise levels.
- Background & Health Clearance Requirements: Background requirements determined according to the requirements of the program(s) which the position will be supporting. Background check required. As a grant-funded Agency supporting Children and Family Services, CCRC conducts background checks commensurate with the role to verify candidate qualifications (criminal history, employment history / experience, education, reference checks) and ensure grant compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Ability to converse, write and/or translate in English and Armenian / Spanish.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$27.00 per hour.
