We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Coordinator to support the Animated Series team in the US. The successful candidate will be able to effectively multi-task; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; and efficiently and creatively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.

Key job responsibilities

• Works directly with and assists Animation Executives.
• Assist in managing the project submission and pitch process and upkeep of submission logs.
• Development and Current Series tracking for incoming deliverables, as well as providing notes on submitted pitches, treatments, and episodes.
• Coordination and interface with internal departments (marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production, and post-production teams) and external partners.
• Build and maintain interdepartmental grids and tracking systems.
• Maintain database of series assets and assist with building Powerpoint presentations.
• Conduct research as needed and maintain general tracking of industry players, overall deals, trends and the competitive landscape.
• Shadowing and support of creative projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years experience as an assistant at a studio or production company, or one year as a creative executive

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an assistant at an agency, studio or production company.
• Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of entertainment industry trends and players, particularly with a focus on animators, artists, and studios in the Animation industry.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive, proactive and able to consistently exercise great judgment.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Creative problem-solver.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $71,600.00 - $125,400.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
