About the role
The Performance Coatings Group’s Creative Services team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Creative and Marketing Communications Co-Op to provide day-to-day support to the Content team. The Content Co-Op expands day-to-day content capacity while gaining practical experience across the creative asset lifecycle. Working with experienced content team members, this role supports editorial quality, content development at scale and production readiness so communications are accurate, consistent and prepared for effective use across channels. This role is not remote/hybrid and reports to the Sherwin-Williams Cleveland Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44115. Because the position involves contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information, the company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of staff, employees, and business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Content Development: Extend the Content team’s capacity by adapting approved source material and contributing to assignments with appropriate guidance and review. Support content development while building skills in messaging, audience alignment and brand voice. Gain exposure to approved AI-enabled tools that support content development, research, quality assurance and production workflow
