Sales
- Prospects for new profitable and quality treasury management relationships.
- Structures and prices products to meet client needs.
- Develops and presents customer proposals.
- Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing customers.
- Builds internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities.
- Cross-sells other bank products and stays updated on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manages Banker relationships through routine 1:1 meetings, development of relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, and joint calling.
- Maintains and manages weekly and monthly sales results, ensuring timely entry of data and monitoring accuracy.
- Engages in outbound calling initiatives to offer new solutions to clients and ensure Huntington remains the primary banking relationship.
- Mentors other Treasury Management colleagues.
- Acts as a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or four or more years of Treasury Management experience in lieu of degree.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
- CTP or other professional designation preferred.
