About the role

As a Full-Time Crane Operator, you will work onsite at exciting projects in Orlando, contributing to the construction of remarkable structures that shape the landscape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough equipment inspections at the start of each day to ensure optimal working condition.
• Operate and maneuver cranes with precision and safety in mind.
• Lift and move heavy loads, following instructions from supervisors and communicating effectively with the ground team.
• Handle different materials and navigate various construction sites, applying attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to guide movements and ensure precise placement of materials.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals who prioritize excellence and safety.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Crane Operator.
• Must possess a CDL.
• NCCO certification for small and large Hydro’s swing cab (TLL certification required; LAT and TSS are a plus).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of crane operations, including rigging, load capacity, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in crane control systems and familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Keen eye for detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy loads and long hours operating the crane.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the team and following instructions.
