Crane Operator

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field professional driving the execution of high-precision heavy lifts across complex commercial environments. This position grants you the ownership to manage advanced crane configurations while upholding strict safety parameters for an organization that values your technical mastery. You will have the necessary field autonomy to execute critical lifts backed by a supportive operations team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of dedicated mobile crane operating experience
• Valid, current NCCCO Crane Operator Certification
• Possession of/willing to obtain a valid CDL Class A license alongside a current DOT Medical Card
• Demonstrated proficiency independently reading load charts and calculating complex radius demands

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of specialized experience executing precast concrete and structural steel erection
• Prior possession of OSHA 30, Rigging, and Signalperson certifications
• Proven technical familiarity operating Link-Belt, Grove, Tadano, or Liebherr crane systems
• Demonstrated experience mentoring apprentice operators or junior rigging crew members
