Crane Operator
Job Responsibilities
A crane operator-rigger 1st class must have the ability to operate any and all equipment, must also have all appropriate certifications and licenses, and must be an on-the-job safety person. He/she must comply with all safety procedures and guidelines, and comply with all company issued policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. He/she must also have an excellent work ethic including excellent attendance, punctuality, and the desire to complete designated work in a timely fashion.
You will be one of the lucky personnel to be a team member that makes up the premier Northeast builder of double-hulled barges, tugboats, ferries, aluminum CTVs and other vessels. Some of the team members have been with us for over 20 years and take pride when our vessels are launched and delivered to their respected owners.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Must have all licenses to operate a Lattice Crane.
- Must have all licenses to operate a Hydraulic Crane.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, kneel, squat, walk, sit, or stoop. Full range of motion.
- Must have correctable vision to 20/40.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and team lift to 75lbs.
