We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Craftsmen with skills in multiple trades. Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday work week (8am to 5pm)

• A good overall knowledge of all trades:
• Construction
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Finishing
• Proper Equipment:
• Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks
• Troubleshooting Skills:
• Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner
• Excellent Communication Skills:
• Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers
• Presentable:
• Clean-Cut appearance
• Decent looking vehicle
• Organized tools
