About the role

We are one of the Northshore's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies and have provided homes and businesses throughout the Northshore with quality craftsmanship for all of their handyman needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Talented, multi-skilled Craftsman committed to quality work and customer service.
• Able to complete tasks in a timely, professional manner.
• A quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Effective communicator with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
• Clean-cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.
• Ability to look around the property and communicate to the customer about potential repairs or services.
• To take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and inquire about additional work.
• Someone who is punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team.
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations.
