Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
- Good overall knowledge of all trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, and light Plumbing and Electrical
- Excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to perform minor carpentry, minor electrical, and minor plumbing without supervision
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Own serviceable work truck or van
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Residence within 25 miles of our large geographic service area
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Recognizes and corrects issues, not a complainer
- Reliable attendance and performance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Qualifications
- Successful prior track record as a Handyman/Craftswoman/Craftsman
- Own serviceable work truck or van
- Residence within 25 miles of our large geographic service area
