About the Role

We are one of Colleyville’s top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies, providing quality craftsmanship for homes and businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades to join our team.

This is a remote position with a Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm)—no weekend work. You will enjoy a positive work environment, advancement opportunities into a well-paying lifelong career, and the backing of a national brand, Ace Hardware, as part of a locally owned company.

Responsibilities

• Perform handyman, repair, and remodeling tasks with a focus on quality work and customer service.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely, professional manner using independent problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Assess properties and identify additional repair or service opportunities to present to customers.
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance, organized tools, and a decent-looking vehicle.
• Demonstrate punctuality, efficiency, and integrity while striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Act as an integral part of a winning team, exceeding customers' expectations.

Requirements

• Good overall knowledge of multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and suggest additional work opportunities to customers.
• Punctuality, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high integrity.
• Willingness to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

While not required to have every tool, you should know what tools are needed for specific tasks.
