About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. The ideal candidate is committed to quality work and customer service, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a varied work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform handyman tasks across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical work.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance and presentable vehicle with organized tools.
• Assess properties and communicate potential repairs or additional work opportunities to customers.
• Earn customer confidence by demonstrating capability and integrity.
• Exceed customer expectations and strive for top satisfaction.
• Be punctual, efficient, and maintain the highest integrity.

Requirements

• Good overall knowledge of multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Desire to grow with the company and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Not necessarily owning every tool, but knowing which tools are needed for specific tasks.

Pay

$25.00 - $34.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
