General Summary:
Operate Mixing and Processing machines within the Processing Team, flex operator to various positions. Make a difference every day by building a rewarding career with opportunities to grow, innovate, and inspire.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely set up, adjust and operate processing machines such as mixer, laminator, oven, and scaler.
- Rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires; may be scheduled to cover Utility driver.
- Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules.
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
- Support and participate in preventive maintenance program.
- Heavy lifting will be required.
- Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs.
PM Shift Complexity and Scope
Minimum Education Required:
Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Required:
Preferred to have production line manufacturing experience or food service and food handling experience, forklift operation experience helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $22.65/hr. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
