CR - Brand Activation Representative
Overview
The Brand Activation Representative is a non-exempt position responsible for working with the On-Premise Sales Department to execute brand initiatives/programming for the product portfolio. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing promotions/samplings, and implementing strategies per account.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (i.e. bartenders, bar managers, etc.) at targeted on premise accounts
- Work closely with Trade Marketing, On Premise Sales team to implement focus account goals and objectives for the assigned territory
- Manage scheduling, set up, execution and tracking of on-premise promotions/samplings in coordination with the Trade Marketing framework
- Work closely with On Premise Sales team to carry out strategy per account and implement program activities
- Proactively seek new and relevant on-premise account opportunities (consider venue type target) and feedback/inform trade marketing on competitive activity and new ways to win
- Ensure high quality service levels (report to promotions/samplings on time, ensure all point-of-sale material is up and easily accessible)
- Complete all requested surveys to monitor objective achievement
Minimum Qualifications
- Above average math and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills (Interacts well with Internal & External Customers)
- Excellent computer skills in all sales programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, Team player interested in positive company growth
- Experience in building relationships with bartenders, bar/restaurant managers
- Experience executing marketing programs relevant for on premise accounts
- Accountable for distribution targets and quality of trade marketing/sampling program execution
- Trendy, in the know, personal passion for cocktail scene, knowledgeable about trends
- Must be 21+
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or Organizational Management is preferred. A minimum of some college course work completed is required
Physical Demands
- Significant time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
- Occasional activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
