Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant and sustainable delivery, applying strong knowledge of local Health and Safety regulations while championing wellbeing and inclusion.
• Direct key assignments and plan performance, ensuring projects and tenders are effectively scheduled, monitored and aligned with business objectives.
• Support strategic development, due diligence and ethical operations that contribute to long-term organizational success.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and strong stakeholder relationships, actively engaging with best practice across Mace and industry networks.

Requirements

• Experienced in producing programmes and sequencing plans with a strong understanding of contracts, procurement routes and RIBA stages.
• Proficient in planning software, delivering clear schedule outputs tailored to project and stakeholder needs.
• Strong communicator with sound decision-making, stakeholder engagement and constructive challenge capability.
• Degree-qualified and working toward relevant professional accreditation (CIOB, APM, PMI).

Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
