About the role

Vaktherapie Nederland is a federation of seven professional associations representing different branches of occupational therapy. The organization is based in the House for Health in Amersfoort and supports and advocates for approximately 5,000 occupational therapists.

Responsibilities

• Trainer of occupational therapy intervention descriptions
• Commissielid (Commission Member)
• Feedbacklid (Feedback Member)

Requirements

• Vocational therapist or affinity with occupational therapy and writing
• Good communication and instructional skills
• Able to provide constructive feedback and inspire others
• Experience with product and module development (preference)
• Able to commit to self-directed learning in the methodology of intervention descriptions

Qualifications

• Graduated in one or more branches of occupational therapy
• Able to think at an advanced level about the place of intervention descriptions in knowledge development
• Able to think beyond the boundaries of their own discipline

Pay

The average workload is approximately 12-16 hours per month, depending on the number of groups working on an intervention. In some periods, this may be more. You will receive a suitable compensation for your work.

Schedule

The schedule varies, with meetings occurring 4 times a year. Meetings can be both online and in person, depending on the period and tasks.
