Job Details: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing legal counsel and coverage advice to our clients primarily in the property sector. Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation for clients in matters related to property law.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues related to property law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage and reduce legal risk.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to property law.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and staff on relevant legal issues.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on property law.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction.
• In-depth knowledge of property law and related legal principles.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
